Recent Successful Cases
Due to the devastating consequences of exposure to asbestos, benzene, and other harmful substances, mesothelioma, asbestos-related lung cancer and benzene exposure cases often settle for millions of dollars in compensation for the families. Victims of severe illnesses such as mesothelioma often render the victim unable to work or earn a living and can put the financial security of entire families at risk. Medical bills only exacerbate the stress and misery these families must endure, forcing them to worry about finances instead of focusing on the medical care of their loved one.
